Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end hiring process, supporting employer branding initiatives, coordinating interviews, and facilitating successful recruitment efforts. The role also focuses on building strong pipelines of qualified candidates and collaborating with various departments to fulfill their hiring needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Experience with Hiring and Interviewing to assess and secure qualified talent
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance the company’s market presence
- Strong Recruiting skills, including talent pipeline creation and relationship-building
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
