Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Zonal Sales Manager - South. The role involves driving sales growth, implementing regional sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations in the southern region. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management and the development of strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy Development, Territory Management, and Revenue Target Achievement
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Performance Tracking, and Talent Development
- Ability to conduct Market Analysis, understand Consumer Behavior, and forecast trends
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure
- Relevant experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
