Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)/State Head Sales role, based in Telangana State. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the zone, setting and achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing growth strategies to expand market penetration through STRONG DEALERSHIP NETWORK. The role includes monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the efficient distribution of products. The ZSM will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Average Vintage should be more than 3 years and member must be native of Telangana only.
  • Ability to build strong dealership network from scratch itself specially in villages, farmers and milk centres.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in market analysis and planning
  • Team management abilities to lead, motivate, and guide a team effectively
  • Excellent communication (Hindi is must) and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in developing and executing growth strategies to meet sales objectives
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Proven experience in agricultural/veterinary, agri chemical, fertilizer, seed, pesticide industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work full time in field and travel within the assigned zone as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA preferred.
