Responsibilities
· Lead and drive channel sales growth for rest of Kerala aligned with business targets and the strategic
vision of the company.
· Responsible for annual sales strategies for distribution and trade channels to achieve Primary and
Secondary Sales targets for rest of Kerala & Tamilnadu regions.
· Review distributor performance periodically and provide support to achieve sales targets and scale
business operations.
· Strengthen retail coverage and increase market penetration by appointing, developing, and managing
channel partners across existing and new geographies.
· Ensure KRA/KPI for all team members and drive performance management.
· Ensure effective sales execution and product availability across markets.
· Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to recommend new product opportunities
that support business growth.
· Lead, coach, and develop ASMs, and Sales teams to improve capability and productivity.
· Manage trade schemes, sales budgets, and commercial controls to enhance profitability.
· Improve collection efficiency and maintain strong and healthy channel relationships.
· Develop and implement strategies for liquidation of slow-moving and dead stock.
· Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and HR teams to ensure business
alignment and execution excellence.
· Drive sales MIS, analytics, reporting, and performance governance.
· Support new product launches and channel expansion initiatives.
· Contribute to strategic business planning and long-term business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
· MBA/PGDM/PG
· 15–20 years of experience in Lingerie / Apparel Brands in Sales / Channel Trade
