🚨 Hiring: Zonal Sales Head – South & West India
📍 Mumbai / Bangalore
We’re looking for a builder, not a caretaker.
Our client is a fast-growing player in umbrellas, rainwear & backpacks (~₹100 Cr business), now transitioning from a wholesale model to a structured General Trade distribution network.

🔑 Your Mandate
Drive 25–35% growth across South & West
Lead wholesale → distributor transformation
Build and scale distribution networks from scratch
Strengthen key markets like Kerala & Karnataka
Hire & lead a strong ASM + Sales Officer team
Push premium product mix at retail level

🎯 Ideal Profile
12–16 years in FMCG / seasonal / hardgoods categories
Strong experience in General Trade & distributor management
Proven track record of distribution transformation (must-have)
Background in umbrella / rainwear / bags / luggage / BTS / footwear preferred

💰 CTC: ₹35–45 LPA + performance incentives
