Job Title: Zone Sales Manager (ZSM) – South Zone
Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV) – 2 Wheeler
CTC: ₹65,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Location: South India
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zone Sales Manager (South) to lead and drive sales growth across the South region for our EV 2Wheeler business. The candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing dealer networks, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal targets.
2.Lead, mentor, and manage Regional/Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
3.Drive dealer appointment, development, and performance management.
4.Monitor primary & secondary sales performance across the zone.
5.Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities.
6.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
7.Strengthen distribution network and expand market penetration.
8.Maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.
9.Ensure timely collection, inventory control, and smooth operations.
10.Submit periodic sales reports and performance analysis to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Master’s Degree in Marketing / Sales (Mandatory)
Graduate in B.Com / B.Tech background
Experience:
1.Minimum 5–6 years of experience in an EV 2Wheeler company
2.Proven experience in handling a regional/zonal sales team
3.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Proven capability in boosting sales and market expansion
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
Ability to work under pressure and target-driven environment
Compensation:
₹65,000 – ₹70,000 CTC per month
