Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad / Bengaluru for a Zonal Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager specializing in EV Infrastructure. The role involves overseeing sales operations within the assigned zone or region, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. The candidate will also focus on market analysis, customer acquisition, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development, sales operations( B2B/B2C/B2G) and revenue growth
- Proficiency in market analysis, Channel development, and customer relationship management
- Skills in team leadership, performance management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with the EV infrastructure industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial sales role
- Ability to travel within the zone or region as required
