📍 Base Location: Rajkot – Handling Entire Saurashtra Region
Experience - 8+ Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✨ Drive regional business growth across Saurashtra
✨ Manage and expand MFD & IFA channel network
✨ Build strong relationships with distributors and business partners
✨ Lead regional sales strategy and market expansion initiatives
✨ Handle team management, mentoring, and performance tracking
✨ Achieve business targets and strengthen market presence
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in AMC / Mutual Fund sales
✔ Strong exposure to MFD & IFA channels
✔ Proven experience in team handling & region handling
✔ Strong leadership, networking, and relationship management skills
✔ Target-driven professional with business development expertise
