Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Zonal Sales Manager focusing on ERP solutions. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the assigned zone, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. The individual will also lead, train, and motivate a sales team to ensure performance excellence and market penetration. Strong emphasis will be placed on analyzing market trends, preparing accurate sales forecasts, and reporting key business metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales planning, client acquisition, and key account management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including training and motivating sales teams.
- Analytical skills for market research, sales forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of ERP solutions and experience with SaaS-based products is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like CRM software and data analysis platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
