Role Description
The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading sales operations within the assigned zone, managing and developing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include formulating and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, analyzing sales data, and identifying market trends to enhance business growth. The Zonal Sales Manager will also provide training and support to teams and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Team leadership and management experience, including training and mentoring
- Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic work environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is an added advantage
