An exciting opportunity to join a growing 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙚 & 𝘼𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝘽𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮 as a 𝙕𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧 for the East region, based out of 𝙆𝙤𝙡𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙖. If you have strong exposure to both 𝙊𝙣-𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 & 𝙊𝙛𝙛-𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 and understand the dynamics of the 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩, this role is for you.
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Kolkata
💰 𝗖𝗧𝗖: Up to ₹18 LPA
🕒 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 8–12 Years
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead and drive sales strategy for East India across On-Trade & Off-Trade channels
• Manage and expand distribution network across key markets in the region
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and key accounts
• Ensure effective execution of brand visibility, promotions, and activations
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Drive volume growth, revenue targets, and market share expansion
• Collaborate with marketing teams for regional campaigns and brand positioning
• Manage, mentor, and lead the regional sales team
• Ensure compliance with state excise laws and industry regulations
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔ 8–12 years of experience in Alcoholic Beverages / Wine / Spirits / Beer / RTD industry
✔ Strong exposure to On-Trade (Hotels, Restaurants, Bars) & Off-Trade (Retail, Distribution) sales
✔ Proven track record in handling East India markets
✔ Strong network with distributors and key accounts in the region
✔ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Good understanding of compliance and regulatory framework in the alco-bev industry
