Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager – East
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Zonal Sales Manager – East to lead and drive business growth across the East zone. The role involves managing a large sales team, strengthening distribution networks, and executing effective Go-To-Market strategies across hospital, retail, and institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve zone sales targets (primary & secondary)
- Lead and manage a team of 50+ members
- Develop distribution network (dealers, sub-dealers, key accounts)
- Execute GTM strategies & new product launches
- Monitor trade spends & cost efficiency
- Conduct market & competitor analysis
Location: Kolkata
Department: Domestic Trade
Reporting To: National Sales Manager
Role Type: Team Lead
Requirements
- MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 12–18 years in Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Devices
- Strong experience in team handling & distribution management
- Exposure to East market preferred
