Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in New Delhi for a Zonal Sales Manager. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities forecasting sales targets and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives. The Zonal Sales Manager will work collaboratively to achieve revenue growth and strengthen brand presence in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Expertise in sales strategy formulation, account management, and building strong client and distribution networks.
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance targets.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, security systems, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Additional Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a results-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
