Role Description
The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Palanpur. The role involves overseeing regional sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The Zonal Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. This role also includes reporting on sales performance and providing actionable insights to enhance regional growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Sales Management and Business Development skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills to lead a sales team effectively.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and customer acquisition.
- Analytical and market research skills to identify trends and optimize sales opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in FMCG or agricultural export industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of cashew kernels, raw materials, or similar product categories is a plus.
