Hiring: Zonal Sales Manager | Senior Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead frontline sales teams and drive revenue growth across the assigned cluster. The role will focus on strengthening distribution, improving market share, managing channel partners, and achieving business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to deliver sales targets and business KPIs.
- Strengthen the distribution network and expand across the assigned territory.
- Drive market and customer share, with focus on high-revenue products and applications.
- Develop monthly sales plans based on market trends, competition, and business reports.
- Manage channel partners and improve channel profitability and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Market Communications, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Track competition and provide actionable market feedback to the Marketing team.
- Coach TSMs and support their development for larger responsibilities.
- Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills

- Ability to manage distribution and channel-driven sales operations.
Education & Experience
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Telecom, FMCG, or related industries.
- Prior experience managing sales teams and distribution networks will be preferred.
