Zonal Business Manager (ZBM) – IVF / Fertility Portfolio

About the Opportunity We are currently leading the search for a strategic and results-oriented Zonal Business Manager (ZBM) to spearhead the IVF and Fertility division for a highly reputed healthcare organization.
Based out of Delhi, this role demands a dynamic sales leader with a deep understanding of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and fertility landscape. You will take full ownership of the zonal P&L, drive aggressive market expansion across the region, and lead a dedicated sales team to establish market dominance in the IVF segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & P&L Management: Drive top-line sales growth and achieve ambitious regional targets for the IVF/Fertility product portfolio (hormones, media, or devices) across the designated zone.
- KOL Engagement: Build and sustain high-level clinical partnerships with key IVF Specialists, Embryologists, consulting Gynecologists, and corporate ART clinic directors.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Regional/Area Business Managers and frontline field staff. Foster a culture of scientific excellence and commercial rigor.
- Strategic Execution: Design and implement localized marketing and sales strategies, scientific symposia, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs to elevate brand positioning.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and shifting clinical protocols to optimize territory coverage and product uptake.
- Distribution & Supply Chain: Manage the regional distribution network ensuring optimal inventory levels, timely institutional deliveries, and commercial compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 10 to 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience, with a mandatory recent 3+ years in a leadership role within the IVF, Fertility, or Women’s Health segment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (B.Sc/B.Pharm). A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Geographic Expertise: A robust, pre-existing network of IVF centers and clinical decision-makers across Delhi and the broader Northern region.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical selling skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of launching and scaling specialty products in the fertility space.
