Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Rajkot for a Zonal Sales Manager. The Zonal Sales Manager will lead sales operations within the designated region, developing strategies to drive growth, maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities will include managing a sales team, organizing training sessions, monitoring sales performance, coordinating with distributors and dealers, and proposing innovative initiatives to increase market share. The role requires regular reporting on sales activities, goal setting, and achieving predefined targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Target Achievement
- Experience in Team Leadership, Training, and Performance Monitoring
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building abilities
- Knowledge of Market Analysis and Business Development strategies
- Proficiency in Reporting, Data Analysis, and CRM systems
- Track record in managing distributor and dealer networks
- Understanding of flooring or construction materials is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
