Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Mumbai, Maharashtra region for our IV cannula and catheter product line. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare market, key distributors, and hospital procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal targets.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and distributors.

·        Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

·        Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

·        Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance.

·        Ensure timely reporting and sales forecasting.

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in medical equipment sales, preferably in IV cannula and syringes.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector across entire New Delhi, Delhi (North, South, Central, East & West Delhi).

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
