Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager, based in Chennai. The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market share growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, mentoring and supervising sales teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and generating performance reports. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Proven leadership, team management, and performance monitoring skills with Chennai and Tamilnadu Geographical exposure.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Data Interpretation skills
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry trends and regulatory standards
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic market conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or science, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience in sales management, within the pharmaceutical industry, Top 30 companies work experience needed, must be into the Direct role of 2nd line.
- Experience in Cardio Diabetes will be preferred.
