We are hiring for the position of Zonal Sales Manager (Finance / Banking)
Location: Indore, MP
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead and grow our SME business in the finance domain. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in financial product sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for products such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and Term Loans
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20–25 sales professionals
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial product sales (CC/OD/Term Loans)
• At least 5 years of experience in team handling
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month
