🚀 We're Hiring — Zonal Sales Manager | Avias India
At Avias India, we make premium stainless steel kitchenware that's built to last. Founded in 2019 and present across 18 states, we're growing fast and we need sharp, driven people to grow with us.
We're looking for a Zonal Sales Manager to own and scale our offline distribution in [North/South/West/East] India.
📌 What you'll do:
• Build and manage a strong distributor & dealer network across your zone
• Drive secondary sales and ensure consistent offtake from the market
• Identify new markets and onboard channel partners
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock, promotions, and activations
• Track competition and share ground-level insights
✅ What we're looking for:
• 4–8 years of experience in channel/distributor sales
• Must have prior experience in kitchenware, cookware, or consumer durables
• Strong existing network of distributors and dealers in the market
• Someone who understands the offline retail ecosystem inside out
