🚀 We’re Hiring Zonal Sales Manager ! ( Bihar & West Bengal )
At AGRIM, we are on a mission to transform rural commerce by building India’s largest agri-commerce network 🌱
We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive one of our most critical roles — leading and scaling a 100-member ground force to onboard retailers onto the Agrim Retailer App.

Role OverviewIn this role, you will lead hiring, training, and management of a distributed field team across one of the Zones in India.
🌾 The Mission.
👉 Onboard 200,000 agri-input retailers in 2 years
👉 Maintain strong control over Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

You will be driving execution across 50+ districts, ensuring scalable and predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities- Hire and lead a 100-member field activation team
- Design and execute sales & training processes
- Drive performance via dashboards, tracking & audits
- Collaborate with Product & Marketing for seamless onboarding
- Manage vendors, agencies, and local partners
