Position: Senior Sales (Zonal) – Bullion (Gold & Silver Coins/Bars)
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in selling gold and silver coins and bars. The role will primarily focus on driving sales for corporate gifting solutions, catering to institutional and corporate clients for occasions such as festivals, employee rewards, and client gifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of gold and silver coins and bars, with a focus on corporate gifting solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, jewellers, distributors, corporate clients, institutions, and HNIs.
- Identify new business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment
- Monitor bullion market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities to support effective sales planning.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base across regions.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of orders, documentation, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and customer requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in bullion (gold and silver coins/bars) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of global and domestic bullion markets, pricing structures, and trading practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently achieve high sales targets.
- Strong network of bullion buyers, jewellers, wholesalers, and financial sector clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
