Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Head, based in Hyderabad. The Zonal Sales Head will oversee sales operations within their designated zone, manage key accounts, and lead sales teams to meet and exceed targets. The responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans while fostering a cohesive and results-driven team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve set targets
- Proven experience in Team Management and fostering collaboration to achieve collective goals
- Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is advantageous
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
