🚀 We’re Hiring | Zonal Sales Head – Leading Asset Management Company (AMC) 🚀
Are you a dynamic sales leader with strong experience in MFD/IFA (B2B) channel and team handling? This could be the right opportunity for you!
📍 Location: Mumbai | Pune - WFO
💼 Experience: 8+ Years (Team handling mandatory)
🔑 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by strengthening and expanding the MFD distribution network.
- Lead and manage regional teams across multiple geographies.
- Organize distributor meets, roadshows, and training programs to enhance productivity.
- Support distributors in joint calls and high-value client meetings.
- Implement region-wise marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Monitor AUM, SIP, and overall business performance to achieve targets.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key distributors and partners.
- Share market insights and competitor analysis with senior management.
✅ Key Requirements:
- Experience in AMC / Mutual Funds / Wealth Management domain.
- Strong understanding of MFD/IFA ecosystem and distribution models.
- Graduate / MBA with 8–12 years of relevant experience (3–4 years in leadership role).
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple regions.
