Role Description
NoBrokerHood is seeking a motivated Zonal Sales Head to lead and drive sales operations in Pune City. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for strategizing and implementing regional sales plans, managing end-to-end account relationships, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to develop strong client relationships and foster business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve revenue goals effectively.
- Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, trends, and performance metrics for strategic planning and target achievement.
- Proven expertise in Team Management to lead, motivate, and guide a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in the prop-tech, real estate, or technology industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
