Board Description-
Job title- Zonal -Hospital Network Management
Reporting to – HOD
Location- Bangalore
Span of control - Manage entire South.
Desired Profile:
• 12+ years of experience in insurance, or provider network management
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing hospital/provider networks
• Strong expertise in hospital empanelment, tariff negotiations, and relationship management
• Experience with Health Insurance companies, TPAs, or large hospital chains preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and team leadership capabilities
Role & Responsibility-
• Drive hospital empanelment and expand the cashless provider network across the assigned zone
• Lead provider contracting, tariff negotiations, and strategic purchasing of healthcare services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
• Manage and mentor network management teams across negotiations, audits, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with claims, operations, sales, and customer support teams for seamless service delivery
• Optimize tariffs, control costs, and implement measures for fraud prevention and leakage control
• Monitor provider quality standards, NABH compliance, patient experience, and service efficiency
• Track network KPIs, utilization trends, claims TATs, and provider performance through analytics
• Drive digital adoption initiatives including onboarding workflows and healthcare platform integrations
