Role Description

As a Zonal Operations Manager, you will oversee operational excellence, manage ATM deployments, and ensure efficient daily management of assigned zones. Key responsibilities include monitoring service level agreements, ensuring compliance with operational policies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving cost-efficiency initiatives. You will be responsible for franchisee appointment, addressing field challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your jurisdiction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in north Kerala.


Qualifications


. Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & marketing. Specially in Telecom/FMCG/FMCD distribution experiences

  • Operations Management: Experience in team supervision, process optimization, and efficient deployment of resources.
  • Compliance and Coordination: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, policy implementation, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial technology systems and familiarity with ATM operational processes.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in handling large-scale operations and a customer-focused mindset to provide seamless financial service experiences.
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced management courses are advantageous.
