Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Manager, based in Gurugram. The Zonal Manager will oversee the operational and financial performance within their assigned region and coordinate with teams to ensure efficient logistics operations. Responsibilities include managing fleet operations, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), driving customer satisfaction, and optimizing logistics processes to achieve business goals. Additionally, the Zonal Manager will develop strategies to improve performance, maintain compliance, and foster client relationships, while ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in strategy development, business planning, and process optimization
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of logistics operations such as fleet management, 3PL processes, and distribution systems
- Ability to analyze logistics data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with logistics technology and tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the logistics industry and regional operations is highly desirable
