Zonal Sales Managers required
Hiring Requirement for a client - Solar Energy solutions
Locations: North India ( UP, Bihar and Jharkhand)

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
• Drive sales of solar inverters, hybrid and lithium-based energy storage solutions within
the assigned region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and
industrial solar segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and
after-sales coordination.
Market Expansion & Strategy:
• Conduct Zonal market analysis, track competitor activities, and report emerging
trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for region-specific promotional
campaigns.
• Develop Zonal business plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Identify potential projects for solar + storage integration and provide techno-
commercial solutions.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, local events, and digital lead conversion
activities.
Technical & Customer Support:
• Coordinate with the technical team for solution design, system sizing, and project
proposals.
• Provide basic technical guidance and pre-sales support to clients and channel partners.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and post-sales service issues.
Reporting & MIS:
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and customer records in CRM.
• Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to senior management.• Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collection from partners/customers.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering; MBA
(Marketing / Energy Management) will be an added advantage.
• Experience : 10-12 years of experience in sales of solar inverters, batteries, or
renewable energy solutions.
• Experience in managing North Zone sales operations also ability to work
independently and manage a team across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with solar EPC ecosystem and government renewable policies.
• Willingness to travel across North India.
• Candidate from North India and Highly Preferred.
• Excellent communication & Fluency in English and Hindi, negotiation, and relationship-
building skills.
