Role Description
The Zonal Manager (Franchise Acquisition) will be responsible for driving franchise development and expansion in the region. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves identifying franchise opportunities, North and gagging with potential franchise partners, and managing relationships to promote brand growth. The role also includes conducting market analysis, providing support to franchise partners, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Additionally, the Zonal Manager will play a key role in setting goals, overseeing performance, and collaborating with the leadership team on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Franchise Acquisition: Proven track record in identifying and acquiring franchise opportunities and managing business development activities.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market conditions and develop effective plans.
- Leadership and Management: Experience in team leadership, goal setting, and performance management to successfully drive results.
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Management Skills: Ability to engage and build strong relationships with franchise partners, stakeholders, and potential clients.
- Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and overcome challenges.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector, particularly preschool franchise operations, is a strong advantage.
- Ability to Work On-Site in Delhi: Availability to manage operations and relationships on-site in the specified region.
