About CBG: Channel Business Group (CBG) is the Sales Division which handles multiple products across different SBUs - Heating, Enviro, WWS, WWSS, Process Cooling, Steam Engineering, Solar, VAM & TOESL.
CBG has almost 400+ products which cater to various industries and regions across the country. In India, CBG has a network of 140 Channel Associates which covers 28 states and 625 districts.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive the Annual Business plan for Order Booking & Sales for the zone – across different SBUs, across SME /Key large accounts in Industrial space.
- Mentor and coach the team of sales engineers for building technical capability and sense of ownership and accountability for Order Booking nos.
- Drive the Market share for given SBUs for the zone and share specific market inputs to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Strategic sales planning – Support and implement strategic direction for effective key account management in the zone
- Drive the Channels for the zone and grow the overall Channel business for the zone.
- Prepare monthly account level rolling sales forecast at monthly, quarterly level.
- Deliver the right Revenue mix across SBUs for the zone, leveraging channels – across SME /Key large accounts in Industrial space.
- Develop New customers for the zone and grow the share within existing customers in the zone.
- SBU wise - Implementation of strategies shared in the ABP, define impact & monitor
Job Specifications:
- Essential Qualification : BTech with proven experience in Sales
- Experience : 10 to 12 Yrs
