Location : Kurnool, Nellore, Guntur
Qualification : B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or MBA in Agribusiness Management or B.Sc./M.Sc. In Botany/Chemistry
Experience : 20+ Years in Pesticides Market ( Reputed Companies)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a sales forecast, sales plan and budgets for the region, in partnership with the leadership.
- Responsible for preparing budgets for various regions under his zone.
- Responsible for planning, forecasting and maintaining optimum level of inventory.
- Track and review sales performance through monthly and quarterly reviews with the team.
- Monitor the sales returns and bad debts.
- Plan and ensure availability of products in co-ordination with Supply Chain.
- Develop a short and long-term marketing plans within the earmarked marketing budgets.
- Build, expand, motivate & manage the dealer channel that promotes JAYALAKSHMI Products.
- Ensure development and promotion schemes are designed and implemented for promoting sales.
- Ensure Sales team conducts regular training, product demonstrations for dealers / farmers.
- Monitors competition by gathering competitor information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions.
- Build, motivate and guide the team to drive and grow the business.
