Role: Manager – Risk Management (Claims Investigation)
📍 Locations: Delhi / Kolkata / Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 5–8 years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance, Business, or related field)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end death claim investigations including field & desktop verification
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and support FIR/legal actions
Identify fraud patterns, organized networks, and repeat offenders
Drive vendor management & quality checks for investigation agencies
Collaborate with claims, underwriting, legal, and sales teams
Deliver MIS reporting, fraud analytics, and risk insights to leadership
Ensure TAT adherence and operational efficiency in investigations
Strengthen internal controls through process improvements and governance
