Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in West Delhi for a Zonal Manager. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations within the designated zone, managing sales and distribution activities, ensuring timely deliveries, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team, analyzing market trends, implementing operational strategies, fostering customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Experience in sales operations, business development, and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market assessment, target setting, and decision-making
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in operational management, distribution logistics, and implementing process improvements
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dairy or FMCG sector operations and supply chain is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
