We are hiring for a Small Finance bank which is setting up the affordable housing finance vertical.
Role Description:
The role is responsible for providing legal support and guidance for affordable housing finance operations including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documents, policies, and agreements. The position involves ensuring compliance with relevant banking, housing, and regulatory laws, managing legal risks, and advising business leaders on legal implications of strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with business, risk, compliance, and customer service teams, coordinating with external legal counsel as needed, and supporting dispute resolution and litigation related to housing finance.
Must have Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in afforable housing finance business legal vertical.
- Must be conversant with the transaction level legal for micro LAP and small ticket housing finance for Maharashtra and Gujarat Market market.
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
