Role Description
The Zonal Leader will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities within the designated zone to ensure the effective implementation of Thanal's programs and initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing teams, planning and overseeing projects, building partnerships with local stakeholders, conducting workshops, and monitoring program impact. As a hybrid full-time role, this position is based out of Nalgonda, with some flexibility for remote work arrangements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Experienced in strategic planning, program execution, and monitoring project performance.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in organising workshops, conducting training, and community outreach activities.
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable development principles and non-profit operations is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel within the designated zone as required.
