Role Description
The Zonal Head South at InSolare Energy Limited is a full-time, on-site senior management role based in Bengaluru. The role involves leading and managing regional business development across IPP/ Open Access/ C&I renewable energy market in the South India region. Responsibilities include meeting regional targets, identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and leading a highly motivated team.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing regional operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of renewable energy systems, including solar EPC, hybrid systems, energy storage solutions, Open access C&I power sales & channel partner market.
- Proven abilities in business development, sales acumen, and building client relationships, particularly in the energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 12/15 years experience in sales with minimum 5 years in renewable energy in south India.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards related to energy projects & services in south India.
- Flexibility to travel within the South India region as required.
