Job Title: Zonal Business Head – Sales
Zone: West
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Business Head to lead sales growth and customer relationships across industrial sectors including Pharma, Chemicals, Water Treatment, and Food & Beverage. This role combines strategic sales leadership, account management, and technical solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive zonal revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage and expand key industrial customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with plant, utility, and procurement teams
- Lead and mentor Area Sales Executives for high performance
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support customers with filtration and process solution discussions
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth deliveries
- Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and MIS reports
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Strong exposure to industrial consumables, pharma, or process industries
- Experience handling sales teams and key accounts
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Engineering background preferred; MBA is an advantage
