Role Description
The Zonal Head will oversee and lead the organization's operations within the assigned zone, ensuring the effective implementation of programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include team management, resource allocation, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting on project outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring leadership skills and strategic insight to achieve organizational goals efficiently and sustainably.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, enabling effective supervision and collaboration
- Strategic planning and organizational skills for driving operations and managing resources
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management capabilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for addressing challenges and implementing solutions
- Familiarity with sustainable development principles and experience in a non-profit setting is an advantage
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a leadership capacity
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel as needed within the assigned zone
