Role Description
The Zonal Head is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and overseeing the operational performance, sales growth, and overall productivity within an assigned zone. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategic plans to meet sales goals, managing and mentoring teams, maintaining relationships with business partners, and monitoring market trends to enhance operational efficiency. The individual will also work towards strengthening customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying opportunities for growth across the zone.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management, leadership, and operational strategy
- Strong sales management skills, including the ability to drive business growth within a competitive market
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and experience in market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in using business management and CRM tools
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business partner success
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the banking and financial services industry is highly valuable
