Role Description
This is a full-time Zonal Head position in Affordable Housing at Nido Home Finance Limited. Based on-site in Chennai, the role involves leading regional teams in driving business growth across target geographies, developing market strategies, and ensuring portfolio health in the affordable housing segment. Responsibilities include achieving zonal business objectives, monitoring operational performance, building robust partner relationships, ensuring compliance to regulations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Expertise in market analysis, business development, and strategy execution within the affordable housing finance sector.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency in relationship building with external partners and internal stakeholders for business growth.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Prior experience in affordable housing finance or banking is highly preferred.
- Graduate degree is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Chennai and work closely within the assigned zone's geographies.
