Role Description
The Zonal Head – Retail Expansion (Bihar & West Bengal) will lead retail expansion efforts, oversee sales operations, and manage a high-performing team within the assigned zones. Key responsibilities include developing strategic business plans to drive growth, analyzing market potential, planning retail launches, and ensuring retail targets are achieved. The role also requires fostering strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders to expand market presence. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and the ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Experience in Retail and Sales, with a track record of achieving targets and scaling operations.
- Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate multi-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and data-driven tools for decision-making.
- An advanced degree in business administration, management, or related fields is preferred.
