Role: Zonal Ecommerce CRM Head - West Zone
Overview:
To ensure a focused growth from the existing E-com accounts by building relationships with them. This is a people manager role involving managing a team of 14-16 people.
Roles & responsibilities of a CRM :
- Representative of DTDC in front of clients ensuing E-com revenue growth MoM & QoQ
- Gaining SOW from the existing accounts (Strategic + Growth + Large + SME/MSME)
- Being a team player, hand holding team & enabling them to upsell-cross sell & achieve their KRA
- Person will be responsible for retaining the clients & growing their client base by ensuring minimum churn
- Play hiring manager role & hire good candidates & guide team by being their mentor
- Cross functional day to day interaction with ops, commercial, IT team etc.
- Responsible for helping the collection team by engaging into reconciliation & collecting the outstanding before the credit period.
- Identify gaps & scope of improvements in the process & panels & take up with the development team for execution
- Sharing inputs over network expansion, evaluating competitor's presence in the market & build strategies to improve
- Streamlining data collection process & modifying dashboards for better data visibility & automating process to reduce manual efforts
- Proposing several team motivational activities
