Rasabali Gourmet specializes in delivering delicious, comfort food meal boxes that provide a delightful experience for our customers. We're a growing brand in the F&B space, and we're looking to expand our reach across key corporate hubs in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced, street-smart Zonal Business Manager who can drive the success of our meal box deliveries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and isn’t afraid to take charge of both strategic and operational responsibilities.
You will:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the charge in growing the delivery of our comfort food meal boxes to key corporate locations.
- Own the Territory: Manage and expand the footprint in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Identify opportunities and act quickly.
- Build Relationships: Work directly with corporate clients, catering to their needs and building lasting partnerships.
Self-Starter: Take initiative and execute tasks independently to meet set targets.
- Team Building: As the business grows, recruit, train, and manage a team to scale operations in the region.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Success: 2+ years of experience driving revenue in the F&B or related sectors, with a track record of success.
- Agile and Resourceful: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and capable of making quick decisions.
- Leadership Potential: Ability to build and nurture a team once the foundations are solidified.
Grounded and Genuine: A true “skin-in-the-game” person who deeply understands the F&B industry and is passionate about this space.
