Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Zonal Business Manager at Cafe Coffee Day. The Zonal Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple café outlets within the assigned zone. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing budgets, ensuring operational excellence, monitoring staff performance, and implementing strategic initiatives. The role also involves enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and establishing strong relationships with local stakeholders to foster business expansion.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams
- Expertise in sales strategies, business operations, and budget management
- Proficient in customer service strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to analyze financial reports and implement efficient operational improvements
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is advantageous
