We are hiring Zonal Business Manager (4th Line Manager) for Cardio-diabetes Division.

About the job :

Job Title: Zonal Business Manager

HQ : Delhi /Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Qualification: Any graduate

Therapy/Department: Cardio-diabetes (should have exp. more than 10 years in Chronic Therapy)

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Industry Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive achievement of sales targets and business objectives across the assigned zone.
• Oversees the entire zone with a macro-level view
• Handles KOL & CRM management, strategy planning, and target allocation
• Coordinates stock transfers, indenting, and C&F operations
• Drives team motivation through ethical work culture and structured review mechanisms
• Manages team hiring, attrition control, documentation, and incentive planning
• Acts as the bridge between field operations and Head Office

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 20 years of overall sales experience in Pharma, with strong exposure to Cardio-diabetes therapy.
• Must have handled a large team at Zonal / Senior Regional level.
• Must have covered Minimum 3 States from respective Zone.
• Stable career background with reputed pharma companies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage large geographies
