Role Description
The Zonal Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala. The role involves overseeing regional operations, managing recovery and enforcement activities, and developing strategies to optimize business processes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, leading a team to achieve financial objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the firm's reach. The Zonal Business Manager will also liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and deliver high-quality service.

- Experience in recovery, enforcement, asset management, and financial operations
