Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Acquisition Manager, based in PUNE The Zonal Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new rental properties, building strong relationships with property owners, and negotiating contracts. The role involves strategizing and executing acquisition plans, managing a team, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless property management processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and Client Acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property management, rental markets, and real estate operations.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic acquisition plans.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with using technology to optimize business processes will be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
