Business Analyst Program

A 2-year program to learn the ropes of how to operate in a fast growth startup, and work in a multi-stakeholder environment to drive results. As a BA, you will launch cities, help businesses grow and perform better by improving their processes, products, services using data analysis, When you are joining the BA program at Zomato, you are joining an organisation that challenges you while at the same time invests in you to steer you towards your professional development. In this role, you would be the brand ambassador for Zomato, which means that you hold end to end responsibility for the happiness quotient of our restaurant partners. It is fast, it is intense, and promises a steep learning curve. What would your typical day look like? You won't have a typical day. Every day at Zomato is different – one day you would be analysing data to drive growth by improving metrics for restaurant partners, other days you could be meeting a plethora of partners to Identify UX gaps that need to be fixed. You'll gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the organisation. What are we looking for? Customers use our platform to search and discover restaurants, read and write customer generated reviews and view and upload photos, order food delivery, book a table and make payments while dining-out at restaurants. On the other hand, we provide restaurant partners with industry-specific marketing tools which enable them to engage and acquire customers to grow their business while also providing a reliable and efficient last mile delivery service. We also operate a one-stop procurement solution, Hyperpure, which supplies high quality ingredients and kitchen products to restaurant partners. We also provide our delivery partners with transparent and flexible earning opportunities.
